Charbox Refund Policy
By purchasing anything using real currencies on Charbox (through Stripe), you agree to the following policy.
Refunds will not be issued on any product except in the following scenarios:
- An erroneous payment was made
- You were charged the wrong amount
- The product purchased is for a feature which was removed (only applicable if you do not retain any benefits from the purchase)
- The product is a subscription and your current subscription period is still active while your account is banned or deleted. In this case, the most recent payment will be refunded automatically
When seeking a refund, you must email support (or ask through other means). Refunds will be automatically issued if we are able to catch users in need of a refund automatically.
Refunds will not be issued for account registration for any reason other than the account registration never being completed. A refund will not be issued if your account is banned or deleted.
Refunds for commission products purchased via Charbox will be issued upon request if the user commissioned has failed to provide the purchased product for over 4 months.
